If you have any questions about all orders, please contact us within 30 days for processing. If you exceed the specified time, we regret that we cannot help you.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept returns of new, unused merchandise, with original tags, all original packaging and other components, and accompanied by original proof of purchase from signoutfit.com.

Returned items cannot be cleaned, used or modified. Not eligible for return if it has been used or has affected sales. We do not accept returns on personalized items or clearance items. Returns can only be made on products that are new, unused, unwashed and in good condition, including all original labels, packaging and components at the time of return or exchange.

Points for returned items will be refunded to your account using the same payment method used to purchase the item. The credit should appear on your next statement. You should receive an email confirming that your return has been processed.

You have two ways to return/exchange items purchased online: by mail. All returns for online orders, whether by mail or in-store, must be made within 30 days of the order shipping date.
